There are many omega 3 fish oil supplements available in the market to help you maintain the proper omega 3 levels in the body. Amongst omega 3 fats, DHA or Docosahexaenoic Acid is most beneficial for the skin and other parts of the body. So it’s advisable to choose Omega 3 fish oil supplement with high DHA component.

So now you know that improving skin health with omega 3 fish oil is possible, it’s important that you incorporate this vital supplement in your diet. Omega 3 fish oil is not just beneficial for your skin, but also for your overall body. Though there are no known interactions of these supplements with other medications, it’s still prudent to consult your physician if you already have any existing medical condition.
