The woman on the bed of rose petals is gorgeous. No changes necessary. And it looks to me like the first woman from that campaign is simply a victim of unflattering circumstances.

Some of these campaigns are really smart. But others are just mean. Anyway, the idea is the same, stay fit and eat healthy. We have created an image of beauty that does not include obese people. And that might be the last reason to lose weight. The most important one is that is damages our health and diminishes our quality of life.
