We always heard the saying that “an apple a day drives the doctor go away”, which is true as Eat Apples - Dietingproven in many studies, apple is a great source of vitamins, minerals and other important chemicals.

  1. Eating apples give you energy.
  2. It contain vitamin C that helps boost our immune system.
  3. It has no fat which is good for those who want to lose weight
  4. It has antioxidants that can prevent coronary heart and cardiovascular disease.
  5. A great source of fiber that help digestion and promote weight loss.
  6. It  contains phloridzin that help prevent osteoporosis and increase bone density.
  7. Reduce bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol.
  8. prevent tooth decay, the juice can kill around 80% of bacteria in the mouth
  9. If eaten regularly can lower respiratory problems like asthma and colds
  10. Good for detoxifying body from radical element

    Apples are a great mid-day snack. When i start to feel my 3:00 energy slump, I eat apples and a slice of cheese for a small re-charge to get me through the rest of my day.
